How to Measure


Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle, above the ankle bone. (b) Use the chart below to determine if your ankle size is Small, Medium, Large or X-Large.	Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf. (c) Use the chart below to determine if your calf is Average or Full.	Determine the calf length (a-d) by measuring from the floor to the bend of the knee, on the outside of the calf. Use the chart below to determine if your Calf Length is Short or Long
